Josh was friendly and very professional. He had extensive knowledge about the car I was buying and was able to easily answer all my questions. I appreciated that he was not high pressure. He made it feel like I was not dealing with a salesperson, instead he made me feel like I had a friend in the business.

Josh was good with handling test drive and paperwork but failed to disclose that there was only one key fob until I was getting ready to leave with the car. When I was not happy about it he didn’t seem to care. My displeasure fell on deaf ears to him and also Marcus. It was Frank in parts who was terrific who finally listened to me about getting a second key fob at dealer cost. Which is all I was looking for. Frank and Devan in the service department were outstanding at reprogramming the new key fob. I will definitely continue to use the service department but the sales department left a bad taste for me.
